We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5 business days.
  2. You will be notified if the return is approved, and the refund will be processed within 5- 10 business days.
  3. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please check the items for defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. If you find any issues, please contact us right away so that we can address the problem promptly.

The fastest way to guarantee you get what you want is to contact us, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
